How do you delete your account?

Your profile keeps track of all your game/app progress and any items you've bought. If you have a Golzak account, it also shows everything you've bought and your friends list.

Deleting your data is permanent, so think carefully before you do it. If you delete your account, you'll lose all your game progress, friends list (if you have a Golzak account), and any items you got, whether you bought them or got them for free. If you decide to come back later, you'll have to start all over from the beginning.

To delete your account, just contact us, or find the Help Center/Customer Care in the Settings. Then look for the article on how to delete your user account.

After you ask to delete your account, we'll email you to ask for more information. We'll keep in touch until your account is completely deleted.
